Free Alpha professional shuttle service is available upon reservation. The specific pick-up point, vehicle information, and driver details will be sent through private appointment communication.

Send all the pick-up and drop off materials at once

Suggest specifying the number of people, departure location, target club or budget, estimated time, whether customs clearance has been completed, and whether luggage has been brought. The more complete the information, the smoother the free Alpha professional shuttle service.

What about ports, docks, and airports

When departing from a port, dock, or airport, do not just write the name of a large location. Explain whether you are inside or outside the customs, at a taxi stand, in the immigration hall, in the parking area, or near a prominent landmark; When unsure, send a photo or location of the current position first.

The problem of multiple entrances in hotels, entertainment venues, and shopping malls

Large hotels, entertainment venues, and shopping malls typically have multiple entrances, lobbies, and connecting areas. Send the specific hotel name and current waiting location; After setting the location, try to wait in place and do not change the position while walking.

Why is it recommended to send on-site photos

Many delays in transportation are not due to vehicles not arriving, but rather due to people and vehicles being nearby but unable to see each other. On site photos are more intuitive than textual descriptions, especially photos of entrances, roadsides, lobby signs, or waiting areas, which can reduce back and forth communication.

Waiting and not being able to stop for long

Some boarding areas cannot park for long periods of time. When the vehicle approaches, pay attention to the vehicle according to the sent vehicle information and get on as soon as possible; If you can't find the car for a while, don't continue moving and send a photo of your current location first.
